Is it easy for people to change their temper?

I like my girlfriend very much. But I can't stand her bad temper. She often do some unreasonable thing regardless of the consequence. Later she could realize she was wrong, and sweared she won't do anything like that anymore. Is it possible for people to change their temper so easily?

It's only possible for people to go from bad, to worse. In a relationship, things that bother you about a person when you really like them will end up being things you'll completely hate about them when you're not so into them. If you don't like the Jekyll and Hyde act...or "JERKyll-and-Run-and-Hide," as it is in your case now, and things end up getting serious with this girl, you'll absolutely loathe her for it later on down the road. I seriously suggest leaving her, regardless of how much you like her now. She sounds like a case of a lot bipolar.
