pot luck

I'm not much of a cook so I always hope that something lame like buns or napkins will do. Otherwise my standby is pasta salad, it's easy and you can do so many different things with it.

the only time there is a potluck that we attend is with our church. every family usually brings either a salad or main course and a dessert. i usually bring a main course and a dessert. the last potluck i went to, i brought chicken and bird's nest cupcakes (they are cupcakes that with icing on them. i then dip the iced part into some coconut and put 3 jelly beans on top of the coconut in the middle of the cupcake).

we usually bring a big pot of chilli and maybe some homemade bread as well. it just depends on where we are going and who is going to be there. if it is at our church, sometimes we dont bring anything! (all the older ladies bring so much!)
