how much is too much tv for kids?

My daughter loves to watch tv... Some of it is pretty educational, which is good, but how much is ok, and how much is too much? She is almost 3.

When i was a kid i liked to watch tv too. but for a 3 year old child I think she only watch cartoons like disney. I think max 1 hour to 1.5 a day i enough for a child.

She loves Diego, and Alvin and the Chipmunks movie...
