Should men and women be equal?

People have different ideas about this issue,somepeople say that men are supperior to women in abilit because men are physically stronger, do most of the hard labor in the world and hold most important postision.Other people believe that women have the ability with men.There have been many famous women state leaders and great scientists in the world.We should fully carry out the prinicle "to each according to his work" so that the enthusiasm of both men and women for work can be fully aroused.

Not automatically. But if a women holds the same schooling and/or experience then yes they should. Women have been paying for having it together long enough. We need to be compensated the same as a men whould be for making the same sacrifices and getting the same schooling.

I think women is created for men and not men for women. Men is created to serve God and women is created from men to help him. Thats why im against the women to become a leader to men. Im not against women I think the important thing is to respect each other.

Men are not created equal with women. Men are created first and commanded to have dominion over all the living creatures. Then women are created out of the man for a helpmeet for him. A family is blessed or cursed through the man of the home. Men are God's representative in the home, and even in the government. This is just my own opinion and conviction. Thank you for your post!

Alot of the inequality is due to the way people percievethe word strength. Strength does not only describe a physical aribute but also a mental one. When it comes to the mental capabilities, I think men and women should be equal. Both men and women possess the ability of intelligence and common sense.
Just because men are better built for physical labor does not mean that men and women should not be treated equally. That is like saying one race is superior to all of the other races due to the color of their skin.
I currently work as a cook, I am the only female in the kitchen where I work. At first the men looked at me like I did not belong and fel i was not goin to able to handle the hard work and heavy lifting required during the prep hours...at first they treated me like scum, now I am the supervisor of the kitchen. Going to show that just because I do not have the physical strength the men have, I am still capable of doing just as good of ajob if not better than the men.
