Any way to control high blood pressure

Anybody knows the way other than medicine to control the high blood pressure. Kindly share the views here. This will help thousands of people who are having high blood pressure.

Well for depression or BP, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Hi, If you want to control hypertension,first thing is avoid all types of food which contain excessive salt..Do regular brisk walking, But hypertension may be genetic,in this case you never escape its complications,in this case you should regularly monitor your BP,and take appropriate may use beta blockers,diuretics..

Other than mediine for High Blood Pressure is changing the life style & food restructions.The "STEF" is the best alternative. SOUND SLEEP: getting good sleep GOOD THOUGHTS: Always be possitive & erase negative ideas from the mind EXCERCISE: Better to have regular excercise. Other wise brisk walking for about 2-3 Kms per day (morning & evening)- It will buren the chelostral and help in getting good sleep. FOOD: Avoid Junk/ deep fry food & canned / salted food. Always go for the leafy & frsh vegitables. Reduce the intake of salt ( it is imporatant that when the level of sodium is kept low, the water should be taken more) Above method will help in mainting the Blood pressure & weight in normal.

uhm, for me, exercise daily, makes your blood pressure lower because the fats will be melted or it will wash out through sweat. maybe that helps....
