I don't have job, I have my family. I don't have the new stuff, I get new through gifts. I gave away my stuff, I feel I wanna give my all. I could see my pals living a good life, I ain't feel any envy at all. Do you think I am lax despite this global financial crisis?

No, you aren't. You are just a contented, simple, happy person. As long as you can take care of your family and feed and clothe them, what is there to ask? Stay happy. And I envy you for having a positive outlook at things. You're blessed!

I think so. Maybe it's because of the family orientation. We are not a rich family but there are life's circumstances that made me realize that I should count the blessings instead of complaining.

No, I don't think you are lax. You are intune with yourself and the real path to happiness. In my opinion, it is not your pals living the good life it is you.

There was a point in my life when I asked this question about my purpose. At a young age, I was confronted with life's trials and clinging to the things that I have and having a supportive circle helped a lot, in return I am giving back to the universe the good things I received. I agree with getting in-tune with the self.

No, actually I think you are quite lucky. To be able to give up material possessions, not care about "things", wish you friends only the best and have no envy, is truly the signs of a free person. Free from debt, obligation, guilt, etc etc. That's the reason you feel so happy. I hope to one day be like you!

If that's what you call luck, then I guess so. I think I owe a lot from a nurturing home so that I don't have to look outside to feel that need. However, life is not debt-free nor there are no obligations. I think the key is that, i start to do what I really love doing. Be free!

I think you are doing the smart thing and not dwelling on expensive things. It's nice to just live a simple life and not worry about what the newest trend is, but be confident in yesterday's clothes. It's great to find someone who is completely confident and content with just being their happy self.. Congratulations! You are truly blessed!

Not that I am out of style but I guess I am more of the 'simply me" side and I guess while clothing adds expression to your personality, it is what's within a person that mostly dominates your aura. Yes I am blessed and I affirm to the great things you've said.
