Our future with the World Wide Web

The internet has come a long way. We have gone from mailing out letters and greeting cards, to constant emails and e-cards. Even most of our mobile devices are in such high demand for internet access and instant emails (i.e. the blackberry). I, myself, am addicted to my blackberry =). Shopping, chatting/talking, taxes, banking, bill paying, house hunting, all of this can be done through the internet. MAJORITY of the jobs require ATLEAST some basic knowledge of a computer and the internet. Makes me wonder, what more can the web bring to our lives, that it hasn't brought already. How do you see the future of the web? Will this benefit us, as the human society????

The web will be an important part of everyday life. Like exercise or a healthy diet, it will improve our way of life. But like any innovation, too much of it or using it the wrong way can destroy our lives.
