but I would like to make mention again about her new diagnoses of diabetes, I was wondering if you have diabetes what would you tell someone who is newly diagnosed? Are there any special foods or exercises to choose or avoid that would be helpful? Also if you were diagnosed as diabetic as an adult then was it hard for you to get your diabetes under control, what helped best in your opinion to help you live a healthier life? And last have you been required to take shots? If so were you able to get off of these shots?
