Being from the states I am unsure of the corralation between liters/kilometer to miles/gallon, but I do know that my 95 Accord gets about 23 miles/gallon which is average. Sorry about the inability to convert from metric to "standard." From my limited knowledge on the subject I would say check the air filter, tire pressure, make sure there isn't any unnecessary weight in the back. Perhaps have the fuel filter looked at and replaced, if need be. Also, get a tune up, or have a friend who knows about cars give it a tune up.

I have looked around and figured out the 10 ltrs per 30 km is excessive. If you want to find out an approximation of what your car should be getting there is a website based in the U.S.A., it is www.fueleconomy.gov, where you can enter as a guest and see about what your mileage should be.

...I think I put a website up for you. I apologize if this is a repeat, but www.fueleconomy.gov should be able to offer some insight.
