Do you eat breakfast in the morning

Breakfast - Breakfast is very important to our health. How many people realize that and how many will stick to it?

Most of friends like me in our country seldom have breakfast, let alone cook in the morning. Do you keep a good habit having breakfast in the morning, no matter how the time is limited for going to office or how eager you wanna stay in bed. Perhaps in your country there is another totally different culture from mine. Please do not hesitate to post your answer, do you eat breakfast and what do you usually eat. thanks!

Hi Dawnwalking. I eat breakfast every morning. Most of the time it's just cereal, juice and toast but sometimes I have things like eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage etc. I think breakfast is an important meal so everyone should have something for breakfast. Have a good lotting day.

It's true that mornings are busy, but I make it a point that every one at home grabs at least a glass of milk with cornflakes or museli and shares a plate of salad. Its' on holidays when I have the luxury making something solid and delicious,but even then I never compromise on the plate of salad - be it veggie or non-veggie, i see to it that nutritional values are rightly preserved and served. I also try new salaf recipes, so that it wards off boredome. Get some amazingly delicious picks here. Stay healthy and never skip your breakfast!

sometimes, i do eat breakfast, and at times i dont... but as long as i have my cup of coffee, my morning's fine... :)

I make it a point to make breakfast everyday for me and my family. I believe its the most important meal of the day. It gives u the energy for both body and mind to see u thru the long day. With such busy lives that we lead its very important to start the day right. I usually make pancakes for breakfast. If there's really not much time a good sandwich with a whole lot of veggies and maybe some chicken to add to it is perfect. I like the wholesome and delicious sandiwch recipes and videos here
