Hi there! Oh swimming is one of my frustrations in sports. I wanted to learn how to swim but I am just afraid to float hehe. But I already knew how to swim before until I stopped going to the pool and beaches, then I forgot how do it. Swimming has a lot of benefits. It works your whole body, improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time. Your cardiovascular system in particular benefits because swimming improves your body’s use of oxygen without overworking your heart. And yes, I do think it can help increase our height cause of stretching. It somehow lengthens our bones especially if we start swimming at a young age. Ciao!
