Hi,Just 2 days ago I've posted a discussion on a site name smstafford.com with regards to payout issue. I received a payout today by the admin. It is an autosurf + manual surf site and the credits that you earn for surfing may be sold back to the admin at a conversion rate.
IMO...the fastest way to earn is not through surfing for credit. They have a Paid to Click section where there are two ads there. One is worth $0.02 and the other is $0.16. Each ad takes 45 sec to view. The minimum payout is $1 through Paypal and it took them 1 week to pay me. Well at least they do pay. If you just calculate the time that you need to spend is 90 secs to earn $0.18 per day. It'll only take you 6 days to reach payout.

I joined this program about a week ago and just requested my first payment today so I was very happy to read this post. Initially, I joined for the traffic but noticed real quickly how my earnings were increasing even as a free member.
I'll post a reply once I get paid.

I have the same thoughts to and I believe others will feel that the layout of the site needs further improvements. But at the end of the day, it is whether the site pays it members that counts. There is no point of have a web designed site that turns out to be a scam and the beautiful appearance is just honey to attract the bees.
