How ON EARTH do I transfer funds from my bank account into my LibertyReserve??

I'm trying to add funds from my bank account into my liberty reserve account and im so confused it sends me to a list of sites like payexchange.net and egold this swatgold that, whatever, some global exchange network list of sites or something. It wants me to go to one of those sites in order to SOMEHOW transfer funds from my bank account into my liberty reserve. Anywho, I went to like 5 of these sites and none of them specify HOW I go about doing this, they all talk about buying/trading e-currency, huh??? I don't want to buy or trade anything, I just want to do a SIMPLE TRANSFER, dude, you know like what can be done on Paypal and Alertpay. I don't know why they're making this so complicated. Perhaps somebody could help me understand this better? How do I transfer funds out of my bank account into my liberty reserve? Please tell me exactly where to go and what to do? Would really appreciate it thanks.

That is money deposited in your bank account.
And you can't deposit money in your LibertyReserve account.
You can only store metal in your LibertyReserve account which will express as equivalent to $xx.xx or Euro xxx.xx
So if you want add fund in your LibertyReserve account you need buy/ get LibertyReserve fund from another LibertyReserve account holder.
If you send $100.00 to exchanger with their service charge, they will send you equivalent LibertyReserve fund to your LibertyReserve account from their LibertyReserve account.

Hey even i am finding such a kind of site where i can transfer my INR to $. where i can transfer my INR to ebay to purchase some electronic items which i am not able to do it. if you come across any such site please help me out.
