Anyone here every try AdCash Systems?

I keep getting emails about AdCash Systems. I have tried doing some of my own research but I haven't really been able to find out much about them. I am so leery of things on the internet but I would really love to find a way to make some money from home. I don't mind putting in a few hours a day and I'm not afraid of hard work. I just need something to make some extra money from home. I would appreciate any advice! Thanks.
