My sister has a Wii Fit. She really likes it. I am going there for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to try it out. I will be able to report more on it then. We are thinking of getting a Wii so I like to try out new games at her house.

I don't use any fitness equipment and I rarely exercise. About the only exercise I get is walking and I do a lot of it when I walk on my farm to check on things. I did throw some punches in the air last night but no real exercise. Cheers!!
