Earning from Online - comment on these programs

Earning from online has been one of the most widely discussed topics here at mylot. i get bombarded atleast 30-50 mails a day from various programs in my mail. some are paid to click, paid to read, affiliate marketing, article writing etc. I came across one guy who has been pursuing me for the last two months. he says his program is very genuine, its pays and so on. when quizzed what are they doing, he said they have lots of materials like ebooks, online seminars etc. i am not convinced. the cost of the program is also high - $125. then there was another program which was closed in a few cities due to complaints registered by those who joined them did not get income as they were promised. i want honest answers from mylotters who seem to have good knowledge on these subject.
