When things don't go as planned?

If things don't go as planned, what do you do? I am not the kind of person who needs everything to be planned. However, if ever I do plan, I want things to go as I had planned it. And if not, for a minute or two, I go nuts. Then, I try to stop for another minute and think of something that would make things a little bit easier. But then, it is not all the time that I am able to do that. On those times that I just get annoyed, I really can't function! lol

Once I planned for me to do something ,I really want the things to be done as what I hoped. But you know sometimes things couldn't decide by ourselves. If things didn't do as I hope ,I always feel angry and unhappy .But ,in fact ,I know no matter how angry I am ,the things couldn't change, that what should I do is to do it better next time ,and do not let me down.

I guess I am not a planner. I am a go with the flow type of girl. Whenever I plan something, it nevers goes right so I just have stopped planning anymore.

when things dont go as planned, i would be devastated at that moment... i guess, i would say i'm a sensitive person. but later on, i would think about it and give reasons why it didnt happen the way i expected...i would just think that maybe, there are other plans for me...

I also believe that we need to be organize and plan everything. A good project management will definitely help. However, due to the demands of my work everything can change even in span of few minutes. Evertyhing is affected and of course sometimes outcomes are not in my control. When these things happen, I just look at my original schedule then scrap everything! Lol! That's the time to work on available resources and time. Be flexible, be patient, have a clear direction and then start working :-).
