Just got a "moment of misery" encounter with my last visit to Jollibee I'm not in the mood of confronting a manager that day to bring-up my complaint so I tried that telephone number printed on their receipt. An hour later they textd me back asking for more details then just about after five hours a manager of the exact store is calling apologizing and giving me their action plan about how they can rectify certain issues. Just to think of it, it's good to know that we have a company whose very much aware how to handle customer's complaints. Keep it up Jbee! How about you MyLotters, ever tried txting your complaints?
