did u kno that sleeping more than 9 hours can make u loose weight?

ooohhh man i was reading a article and it said that sleeping more than 9 can make u loose weight, so yep yep im gonna start sleeping some more, so u think this is fo reals? or is it some kind of bluff? hmmmmmm..........

Too much sleep can slow your metabolism, so sleeping excessively as a weight loss plan isn't entire feasible. On the other hand too little sleep causes production of the stress hormone cortisol which can cause weight gain. Opt for about 7-9 hours of sleep a night.

well i woudlnt kno about this stuff, wel from what im reading looks like u kno what your talking bout. i tought about it in that way that sleeping too much is bad and well not sleeping enough hours can be bad too. so it has its positives and negatives

I heard somewhere that sleeping less than 6 hours can make people gain weight.. so I guess that can be true.

yep exactly what u said it says in the article that for the people who who do get less sleep tend to gain weight, well then gets some sleep its good for u yep yep

Really??? I would think that sleeping more than 9 hours would cause a weight gain from lack of activity..but then againn if you're sleeping I guess you're not eating...interesting fact.
