Stay in an apartment and Speak with your secretary of the apartment !

Hup ! I stay in an apartment which i recently bought 4 months back. Its cool place and we have friendly neighbours. And the odd man out here is our Secretary who takes care of the common function of the whole apartment. He is a Retd Headmaster of a School aged 70+. But still he has not retired himself from the responsibilities, as he treat us like students 
We had a garbage just few steps from our apartment, but today morning we could not able to find that. When we discussed with the regular worker we understood that the great old man has asked the worker to put in some other place as everybody is putting waste into that 
!!!!
Its real ! 
And we are not ready to speak with old cartoon as we need to hear the lecturer and stories, meanwhile my kid will grow up BIG !!!
Did you speak with your secretary...Its just one of today and we have many to SAY !!!

I don't stay in an apartment, but must say i have experience in my previous assignments of setting the apartments association and helping the residents in setting up the rules and appointing the secretary and so on. I can understand the school master bit , but i feel better than having a retired major from the army. Instead of listening to the stories you probably would be marching in line and saluting the garbage bin.

yeah really we blessed someextent as compared to a MAJOR , alokn99...Hup i cant think off marching again what i did during my NCC National Cadet Crops during my school days and the stick which stuck on my back many times 
... sometimes this retd headmaster keep locking all the three main gates at night times and handing over it to watch man...where the other man always sleeps
