What makes people want to air their dirt on talkshows?

To see themselves on television? For a free airline ticket and accomodations in a big city?

I wouldn't get on national TV and act like that for the small amount of money they receive. I always wonder what people in their town or their family members think after they see the show.

Probably to see themselves look idiotic on television. Or maybe for the free paternity tests.. in Moury (sp?)
