mytheya Increase the number times to take food but reduce the amount of food intake.that is, make your intervals short. And eat low calories.Drink a lot of water.Strictly stay away from Junk food, soft drinks etc.Include a lot of fresh vegetabels and leaves in your menu. And the most important thing is exercise.Do cardio exercises and abdominal work outs. For all other things you don't need to dedicate your time. They are just re arranging your food habits. But for exrcise you must find some time.I recommend morning time. And the best cardio exrcise which burns calories like fire is Swimming.Swimming burn calories and get you in shape.thanks

1)Work out how many calories you eat in a normal day. That's right, wake up, and consume like you would normally eat and count the calories in everything you eat and everything you drink and keep track of it on a piece of paper or on your computer. 2) Near the end of that day, add up the number of calories you ate/drank. Be as exact as possible. Once you add it all up, you now have the total number of calories you consume daily. Also, weigh yourself. 3) Start the very next day after you counted calories, eat 500 calories LESS then you normally do. So, let’s pretend that the day you counted calories you counted 2000. For the rest of the week, you would eat 1500 calories a day. Understand? All you have to do is subtract 500 from the total number of calories you consume in a normal day, and eat this new number of calories every day for the next seven days. 4) Instead of eating three big meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), or eating all day all the time, spread those calories out over five smaller meals. Eat one meal every two and a half to three hours. You can speed up your metabolism this way. 5) Cardio. Cardio is a must for fat loss. If your serious about losing fat, but don’t want to do the cardio workouts, then you are wasting your time. Jog, walk, swim, jump rope, ride a bike, take an aerobics class, whatever… Just do it! All it takes is 30 minutes a day, 3 - 5 days a week. I say 3-5 days a week because I know that you have 5kgs to lose. So, depending on how much you’re looking to lose inreality figure it out. Three times a week is the minimum though. 6) Near the end of one week, weigh yourself. You'll notice a difference just after one week! Now, don't expect to see a 10 kg difference. Losing half or one kg a week is good progress. Doesn’t sound like much? You can lose 2-5 kgs a month! That's around 35 kgs a year! So if you have a lot of weight to lose, you can lose it. If have just a few pounds to lose, you can lose it, too. Good luck.

Step1 Exercise. A combination of cardio and abdominal workouts will effectively help you lose the belly weight. Ideal cardio workouts include 40-minute sessions three times a week. In addition, you'll need to incorporate abdominal crunches, leg lifts or side twist into your weekly routine. Step2 Eat early. It is best to eat early in the evening. This way, your body has ample time to digest food. Eating late or right before bed is a bad idea because your body will burn less fat and result in weight around the stomach. Step3 Cleanse your system. Persons who suffer from constipation and other stomach ailments tend to have a larger belly due to abdominal bloating. Add fibre and water into your diet. This will help regulate bowels, which may decrease bloating and stomach weight. Colonic irrigation and laxatives can effectively cleanse your system and flatten your stomach. Step4 Eliminate stress. Stress and worry can result in a larger mid-section. During stressful situations, we tend to eat more and exercise less. Identify stress triggers and research ways to cope. Step5 Eat better and less. One of the easiest ways to lose your stomach weight is to reduce your food intake. Without exercise and abdominal workouts, you can trim your belly fat by simply eating smaller meals and eliminating junk food from your diet. Plus, identify foods that cause bloating and limit your intake. Step6 See a doctor. Sudden weight gain can be the result of a medical condition. For example, some people who suffer from fibroid tumours, ovarian cancer and liver problems notice rapid weight gain in the mid-section. In most cases, weight gain is accompanied with pain.
