take 1 cauliflower clean cut into large pieces,1/4 cup of flour, 3 tsp of cornflour,onion,ginger garlic.1/4tsp red chilli powder,2red chilli,3tsp milk,oil,half cup of water, first boil the cauliflower for 3 to 4 min in plenty of water to which tsp of milk is added.drain and pat dry on a clean cloth. make thin batter out of flour and 2tsp of cournflour, add ginger garlic and red chilli powder and salt to taste. dip the cauliflower in the batter one by one and deep fry in hot oil. keep aside. in remaining oil add remaining ginger garlic and fry for a min . add salt and onion. stir for a min and add water and make it to boil.add cornflour and dissolve well. boil til gravy becomes transparent. add cauliflower and soya sauce.boil for two min. and remove.serve with hot noodeles or naan
