how is you fruit habit?

As u know,fruit is so important as water to our body.lots kinds u can choose which u like.apple,pear,watermeleon and so on ,i like so much.Every morning, an pear and an banana i eat,which will better absorb by my body than other times.in other words,it will better basorb nourish.How is your habit?which time do u often have fruit?

Fruits are indeed very has high value of vitamins and fiber. Everybody is encourage to eat fruits besides just eating the main meal. When I was a kid, I used to eat a lot of fruits because the fridge is always full with them. My mother would like us to eat fruits to keep us healthy as fruits not only can beautify our skin but also prevent us from constipation. Now I am staying alone. I seldom by fruits for myself as the fruit is quite expensive here. I do get some local fruits like rambutan, durian and guava when they are in the season. I am told that the best time to eat your fruit is before your main meal. That is the time when your stomach is empty and can absorb as much vitamins as possible from the fruits and this will help your appetite for eating your main meal too.
