the best place to spend christmas will be where your family is. I married a man who belong to a very big family. A contrast with mine. I married a man who comes from Luzon=in Manila-Quezon City to be specific where as side of the family are scattered around the globe Switzerland,New Zealand...in the Philippines-in Leyte,Cagayan de oro and Paranaque. So it is impossible for my side to get together. So christmas means to be with my husbands side. My husband's work brought us here to Davao City but we go home to Manila during breaks and holidays. But if it is really necessary for you to go out of town this christmas...I suggest Canyon woods in Tagaytay. I prefer this place rather than Baguio City. It is nearer. Since we always celebrate reunions in Ponderosa...a stone throw away to Tagaytay...I know how nice it is to be in this place. Baguio by then will be too congested and we end up just the same in a mall...so I prefer the Canyon Woods...A 3 story cottage can be rented. It has an outdoor and indoor pool. a clubhouse which is well equipped plus an arcade for the kids. It has a very fine restaurant and a lagoon where kids can fish. It is located towards Lemery Batangas. I am not aware of the reservations since a cousin does this for us. I am aware though that an early reservation is necessary since it is always full during holidays...famous filipinos are always there. Davao is nice too...so is Palawan, but these places are for the summere. Enjoy your christmas.

when i was growing up in the Philippines there was no place happier than my mom's hometown, not because of the place but the people, i get to play a lot w/ my cousins, get plenty of money on Christmas day from all my relations all over town, get to enjoy the comfort and security of family traditions and most of all, now that i am an adult and can't be there anymore because i'm on the other side of the world...i get to think back and enjoy the memories of my childhood... i was hoping i could relive it here in the UK even just on the Children's Christmas party we are organizing for the kids... because at the end of the day that what all we got... memories...so please try to make happy ones... merry CHRISTmas!

Packed your bags with goodies and walk along esteros, visit poor children and share them what you have, i tell you, it more a lot of fun doing it than having a good vacation by what you are thinking, its a waste of money but once you share it, thats the true meaning of christmas.

There's alot of nice places you can celebrate Christmas here in the Phils. But usually you spend Christams with your family or with your friends. Where will you celebrate Christmas? Pilipinos are very hospitable so anywhere here you won't have a blue Christmas. Well my sister in law to be wants to go to Star city this Chrismas. Maybe after noche buena will all go to Star City. Have a Merry Christmas in advance!

The best place to enjoy Christmas is staying on your own home but it should be with the whole and complete family. Itll make you remind of those times you are together thru thick and thins of life. Family will always be family. On this special occassion it worth to offer prayers to our Lord Jesus which is also the essence of celebrating Christmas Season. =)

Every part of the Philippines deserves a visit for Christmas. It's really in you where to stay for the season.
