I want some help from you all.I have a bad habit of sleeping for long time which affects my daily life especially in my studies.I tried to escape from it.But I couldn't.It's really a big problem....So can you give some solutions to escape from it?????????Really I need your help..........

My step daughter likes alarm clock. I ask her why? Well she was telling me I usually am late with just one alarm clock hehehe! I want it more so I wont go back to bed and sleep again. It's what a life! But it helps her and she really wakes up early with this not going back to bed anymore! Well it's just an advice you take it or leave it! Have a nice day to you!

I think I have the same problem with you. I like sleeping so much ,I that do affect my daily life.I can sleep for more than 24 hours. now, I set up four clock alarms to wake me up ,and to do lots of things to make myself busy. drink a cup of coffee in the morning will help a lot. don't sleep too late ,or you will find it difficult to fall asleep and very hard to get up the next morning.
