Cannot Find script file- Is this cause by virus? whats wrong with my PC

Hello there , right now I don't know what wrong with my computer when I try to open directly drive D in my computer, an error message will appear in the screen " cannot find script file D:\ ntidr.vbs. I believe this is a system file error but I don't know how to fixed this. And another error message occurs when I start my computer cannot file script file again...and thumbs keep on appearing suddenly in my folder files.. I don't know how to fixed this, you might have an idea with this.. What should I do with this errors.. Looking forward to you feedback.. happy mylotting...

try repairing your windows xp with win xp CD, if u boot with xp cd, u will get a repair option. Use it to repair or replace the file in it

I have a problem with this, because I have to bought a new DVD RAM. My DVD RAM does not work anymore. Thank you jazz for the response..

Unfortunatley I don't knwo a thing about computers when things like that happen, at least we can be thankful to mylotters whom do have experience with them..hugs littleol

I'm not sure but I would run a virus scan program. That might clear up the problem. Also make sure you clear your cookies and temporary internet files.
