how often do you make a move while in front of pc?

I know what you mean and this is a very good discussion and a very good question and I have never actually given any thought to how many times I actually move while sitting infront of the computer,and I am sure there are a lot of people who once they sit infront of the computer they do not move for hours or until they get done with whatever they are doing,and then there are people who are fidgety and they can not sit still for long,so they get up and move every little while away from the computer or there are people who try to do many things at once,whether it be cooking something to eat,or watching television,or if someone has kids,they have to balance time infront of the computer while taking care of their kids,and also I think it depends where you are using the computer at,and if you have to share it with anyone, me and my fiance will spend hours infront of the computers on sites like mylot trying to make as much money as we can,since we can not find a job right,because of the economy,and we will sometimes spend hours at a time without moving,even though I am a very fidgety person and I can not sit still for long,and me and my fiance will often take breaks where we might go get something to eat,or we will go in our room and see what it is on television or if my dad is at work and my mom is in bed,or if it is the weekend and both my parents are in bed we will sometimes go in the den and play a video game to help us relax,or maybe watch a movie from time to time,and it sounds like you might be spending too much time infront of the computer without moving,so you might want to take more breaks and if it keeps up,you might want to see your doctor.
