$5 - 10 per free sign up - any affiliate programs out there similar to this?

I was making $10 per referral with Revolution but they have a $500 cap. Does anyone know of a similar referral/affiliate program that pays at least $5.00 per referral and that is free to sign up?
I would love to keep this kind of money going with a similar program and pay structure but haven't had much luck finding one.

Yes, there is another program out there. Don't know if you have heard of it or already did it but here's the link https://www.paypal.com/us/mrb/pal=7N2R7LG2PSTG4 It's free to join and they even pay you $5.00 to sign up. Sounds like you and another person here has had better luck than I with Revolutionary Money.
