What I would probably tell you right now is keep track of your spending. You know, have a pen and paper with you all the time, so that when you buy something, you jot it down. I know this is tedious and very time consuming but not unless you know where your money goes, you will not be able to see how you can manage your money. All you will see is that your money is gone before you even get hold of it. So try to track down your expenses and then examine it thoroughly. Decide where to cut things, what to stop buying or whatever. This way, it would be easier for you to manage your money.
