why heart attacks coming?

if there is something blocking the blood on the artery and the heart still pumps..it can cause heart attack.. also when the heart is strained..i mean, when the heart is pumping too much..or too fast..its like when you run all day and you cant feel you legs anymore..the heart is the same since its also a muscle.. *that was what i was told..hehe* hope this helps.. :)
