Do you have a backup For cell phone content?

After getting used to cell phones I just remember only a few numbers.What if you lost your cellphone.Do you have a backup? If so ,do you have it in your computer or written down ?

ya i ill backup my cell phone content in my system and my cell phone is nokia n-70 music edition...some time my cell get effected with virus... at that time i ill format my cell phone memory and i ill backup all the content in my system..................
