Well my pets does and they are funny. If they are hungry and I still haven't feed them I would see them reaching for their plates and handing it to me. That means they want to eat. Sometimes I see them reaching for their box of treats that is always placed on a table and even if I put it on a different place they still find it. I don't know. Is it because they have very good memories or they are also intelligent like humans. Sometimes they are like human kids too. What about your pets? Please do share!

My pets don't do like yours. I think my pets alway hungry. When I go to kitchen, they follow me and want to take somethings to eat. They stand in 2 legs to wait feed. It's very funny to watch that.

Hehehe yeah I know what you mean. Well my pets sometimes stares at me when I am eating. They just sit in front of me like begging. Sometimes it irritates me but I still find it cute. Happy mylotting!

Hi iskayz, I think they are bordering on been human, my dog is old now but if her water or food bowls empty (which isn't often because I always normally keep them topped up) she will sit by me, look at me then turn her head in the direction of the kitchen where if bowls are, I ignore her (because she's funny to watch) so she shuffles along towards me, as if to urge me on, so I look and ask her what the matter is? she looks at me with more determination , I ask again.. what? she looks towards the kitchen again then back at me and then again at the kitchen, so I ignore her, this goes on a few times her getting more determined until she pokes me with her paw, I love it when she does this so at this point I always say "oh are your bowls empty girl come on then lets go see which one it is food or water eh ? she gets so excited as if to say "finally!" they know they aren't daft.

Oh your dog is funny and even though she's old she still has charms. My youngest does the paw thing. He likes to sleep beside me and sometimes I intentionally not let him. I would try to occupy as much space on the bed so he can't go up. Sometimes I pretend that I am sleeping and I don't notice him, he would try waking me up, putting his paw on my tights and poke until I wake up. I can't help it but laugh Yeah maybe dogs in some extent are becoming human likes. I think they are amazing animals with the capacity to understand and communicate with their owners.

My dog likes to sleep under my armpit. I don't know why. He likes to stuck his head under my armpit. That is his best position and its tickling.

Hi, they are so cute my dogs like yours she sleeps with me but before she gets in bed, she always walks along my back and just pokes her head over to me, like she's kissing me goodnight, I'm groaning at her because of her weight on me, then she walks the full length of my body (luckily I'm not tall lol)then shuffles about for ages getting herself in the best postion across my feet, she's lovely such a sweet natured dog, I love her bits and they are defintely all knowing I think.

my shih tzu and mini schnauzer seem to be always hungry! even after eating they still follow me in the kitchen. when i open the refrigerator they stop whatever they're doing and sit like good boys by my side like waiting for a treat, without blinking their eyes! i read as well, while some dogs appear greedy, always hungry, or they hide their food, it's just that because they "aren't sure" when the next meal's gonna be.

yup, this is where you watch cartoons and dogs dig up a hole to hide their bone. it's actually because they're descedants of wolves. wolves or wild dogs manifest this quality more obviously. cheers!

Hey I never thought why dogs hide foods is that because they're not sure when the next meal is coming.. Hmm.. Interesting. I learned something today. I haven't seen my dogs hide their foods too. Ciao!
