Well , though now I am retired, but I used to teach in a school few years back. It was my first and last job. I was very sincere in my work, was appreciated by the Principal of the school and was enjoying it. Afer some time I observed that there were many members of the staff who were jealous of me and started poisening Principal's mind against me. Gradually This lady(Principal)started criticising me for trivial things. I was taken aback and could not understand why she was doing like that. One teacher of another class was really appreciated by her, was awarded many times during the annual functions. Later on I understood that this teacher was an Army officer's wife, she used to supply all the stuff from Army canteen(from where she would get at cheaper price) to this Principal and other staff members close to her. So this was the secret behind the whole story! Have you ever experienced such thing at your work place?

i'm very fortunate that he became my boss. in my 11 years of working, if i had to choose among the five immediate superiors that i've had, i'd choose him. even my previous colleagues who had worked under him will say that he's a good boss.
