You're visiting this section so you must have an interest in music, but what aspect would you consider yourself "good" or even "great" with? It could be an instrument, singing, composing, or even arranging. I find I'm decent at composing, good a singing, and great at the trumpet. Please share.

Hi ya lt7pt1 and welcome to myLot Well I can't sing to save my life. I have never actually tried to compose anything! I used to play various brass instruments when I was at school (many, many years ago now) like cornet, trumpet, tenor, Euphonium and I think I might have tried the French horn at one point. My real passion is for the sopranino now though but I can play the decant and tenor recorder too. There isn't any call for me to play it now just for my own pleasure which is enough for me!

It's great to play because you like it, that's the best kind of playing. :) I should really try to learn the french horn, it's one of my favorite instruments to listen to. And I've never actually attempted playing recorders. Never seemed to peak my interest but they do sound fun. Thanks for the welcome.

I'd have to say I'm most proficient in playing the bass, then writing lyrics, then playing guitar, and I'm still pretty rocky on singing. Maybe a little practice.
