Hmmmmmmm, lemme seee. if you have dandruff dat might be the main cause for hairfall, cuz ur scalp is not strong enough to hold ur hair so i thing dont shampooo tooo much and get regular hot oil massages in ur salon + try to break a vitamin E capsule into a teaspoon of olive oil heat it a bit and then massage on to scalp then leave it on for like abt half an hour and wash off, your hair will be at its healthiest......... good luck bro..... by the way i use L'oreal vive pro smooth intense shampoo, but its best to choose a shampoo which works best for you

First, sometimes it's not only because of the shampoo, but also because of the water you use. Make sure you take cold shower instead of hot because cold water retards aging and thus helps stop hair fall. Then when your shampoo is too strong, make sure that you mix it with water first - so that not one part of your head gets all the concentrated dosage of the shampoo. Dove shampoo is said to make hair thicker - my grandmother can probably attest to that, she had more hair that my dad :)

Well, I'm always used cold water when I take a bath so I don't think its because of water that cause my hair fall.. Then I always mixed my shampoo with water every time I take a bath.. Actually, I always half the bottle of my shampoo and mixed it with some water since I know that its not good to used strong shampoo.. I had never tried using dove shampoo.. Well, I never known that theres a "dove shampoo".. My soap is "Dove" and all I know that theres only soap and lotion for dove.. Well, I tried to used Dove shampoo for some try.. I just hope that it works in my hair..

I was about to suggest that you change shampoos but you have mentioned that in your posts already. I suggest you consult a doctor about it so that you would really know what's the reason behind your hair fall. Also try not to be so stressed because as far as I know it could also affect us especially in our physical appearances and that includes hair.

Well, I can't deny that I'm always stress in my job and some sort of things.. Consulting a doctor might be a problem since I don't have time to go for check up due to my job.. But I'll try to have a leave even just a one day for that.. Thanks for sharing!

Really "Hair Fall" is a big problem??? That was also my problem before, every time i shampoo and rinse my hair more strands of hair left on my hand and i was really afraid especially when i combed it. What i did i tried the pantene hair fall control shampoo and it lessen the strands of hair falling... It helps also a lot on my problem of hair fall, when i started to massage my scalp before shampooing...and thanks now my hair is more lively... My tips to everyone who has a hair fall problem is use shampoo that is suited to your hair and if you want to try brands of shampoo, buy first in a sachet and it is more economical...

I had tried "pantene hair fall control shampoo" for 2months I think or more.. I agree that it has a positive response in my hair because it lessen hair fall but still I encounter another problem and that is "dandruff".. My head become very itchy and I can stand it so I switch to another shampoo which is "head n shoulder"... As of now, I'm using "rejoice complete"... Well, it makes my hair soft and smell good but hair fall still my problem.. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
