What is your favorite way to eat seafood such as lobster or shrimp? Do you like to eat it grilled, boiled or baked? And which method do you usually find makes the most flavorful seafood. Also, which method do you find is the least time consuming and which the most time consuming.

Hi dawn! I prefer shrimp steamed with lots of garlic and butter and little bit of red chili. I like crab, clams, mussels boiled with ginger. For me, steamed shrimp with garlic and butter is the most flavorful, I guess beacuse its my favourite.

Hi, I prefer crabs to lobsters; but I love shrimps. I usually like to eat them grilled or baked, with spicy sauce like chilli and garlic. I have once eaten crabs and shrimps fried with mashed salted egg yolks. It was really heaven! . Sadly I can't cook this - usually we would eat this in restaurants.

I do not like seafood as much as I like pasta. But when I eat seafood I want them to be boiled slightly or steamed. I want to eat them still juicy such as clams and oysters. I use both of my hands to separate the shells then dip them on my favorite sauce usually soy sauce with lemon. Sometimes I also eat sea food raw like on those Japanese restaurants. I also love to eat on hotpot restaurants, you know, those restaurants with tables which has holes in the middle and you put the cauldron on the middle of your table and a waiter cooks the fresh sea food that you ordered or the ones you bought on the market near it.
