What's your way of relaxation?..

I have various ways. Sometimes listening good music in the radio or computer will suffice, when I feel bored rock music will do. Or much better listening acoustic music in a cozy bar with good companions whom I can chat with. Going out of town outing is also another way. Or just be home on weekends, reading pocketbooks, watching good movies and munching some good food is great.. How about you what relaxes you the most?

Listening to music always helps. At times, I may read a book, take a bath. Other times, I'll do some relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, and such.

Breathing exercises and other forms of exercise is not only a way of relaxation but a way of living a healthy life, right?

for me its smoking a cig and reading my books lol! ok, smoking the cig is probably the fastest way to calm down and relax. sometimes i will just sit and play my videogames..but more often than not, that leads to me being more frustrated lol!

Usually a good way for me to relax is by taking a nice bubblebath, then a cup of hot cocoa, and either get on computer for awhile or watch my tabletop fountains and relaxation lights. Most of all I sure overdue for a full body massage at a salon with scented oils and lotions.

For me, it's reading - if the book is interesting, I can get very engrossed in it, and forget everything around me. My mind stops worrying - I start to relax and just enjoy the book! That's why I even bring books with me on vacation.
