where is your favorite place in your house?

i was thinking whats my favorite room in the house my first thought was not really a room at least with walls my favorite place is my living room where it,s well lighted and when the sun come in between the blinds it feels so warm on my skin. i set and watch the view of outside. all i can see is trees across the way it,s so relaxing.it,s very peaceful and quiet. i heard the birds churbing.grass growing under the trees as they change colors for it is fall. the colors are beautiful in it,s a site you just don,t want to take your eyes off.where is your favorite place?

sound great having your family pitures around you as you work you get see your loves ones daily in a photo and if you get tired of being on the computer you can always step out on the patio and look at the nature around you can,t get no better then that.thank you for sharing

My livingroom is my favorite room in the house. It's peaceful there, even though my husband has his huge entertainment system set up there. It's where we get together to watch a movie or play Wii together, talking and laughing. It's where, when we have company, we always go and sit. It's where we set up our Christmas tree.
We have a really large bay window that looks out to the woods and, like yours, is so lovely to sit and watch, just enjoying nature.
Outside my house, my favorite place would be anywhere I'm fishing. LOL

sounds really nice especially the view of the woods and you also use this room to relax and entertain you family and friends i think thats great.but you know some people is not that lucky to have such a view the only way they can see such a view is go to the park.so we are so lucky to have these speacial places to enjoy.thank you so much for sharing

I love everything about my house so I can't really pinpoint which one is my favorite. Every morning, my garden is my favorite spot because it is there where I spend my quiet time with the Lord. At night, my favorite is of course the master bedroom where I with my hubby sleeps. I love opening its door to overlook the trees and plants in my garden. I love it's pink color that adds softness to the room. It is a well ventilated cool room and actually the whole house is because our house is surrounding with greens. It is in our master bedroom where we both could find privacy, comfort and rest. It is there where we exchange sweet talks and it is there where we perform the sacredness of making love. It is there where we could lay down to rest after a day of work and sleep comfortably till morning comes. I also love my living room where I welcome my guests and also where we as a family gather together to have some fun and fellowship. I love also the kitchen because it is my sole domain at home. It is there where I prepare food for my family in my own special way no one else in the house could do. My husband and I have a special place of rendezvous at night before we go to bed. It is the veranda located at the rooftop of our garage. It is a semi-open veranda where we sit to see the heavenly bodies above us. Oh we both enjoy eating some chocolates and nuts while reminiscing our past days as former classmates and sweethearts!

oh salonga this was like a story book you have truely been blessed i read what you wrote it was the way you describe it was so detailed and enjoyable to read.it sounds like your whole house is your favorite place and you enjoy every part of this house you and your husband.they say a home is where the heart is and you have made this place not only your favorite but your home as well.god bless you and your family.

I no longer spend a lot of time in our house because I work in a different city - however I'm here for the holidays and it's very relaxing. I like our new kitchen, it's very modern and it has a wide empty space in the middle where I can play with my hula hoop.

Wow if I had a room like that ,it would be my favorite too. My favorite room is also the living room but not for any reasons so pure. In fact its basically the only room I have any way lol.I basically have one room and it serves for my living room, bedroom and the kitchen is to one side so I don’t really have much in terms of options lol.I basically spend all my time here on my bed with my laptop typing away and sometimes watching my television. The lighting is good but sometimes I have too much light and sun as my French windows let in everything even though I have curtains. I like this room though I am never too far from any thing ,my fridge is close by ,my stove ,my entertainment, everything is at arms lenght

It seems like it's quite difficult to pick which is my favorite place in my house. Of course, I always want to feel comfortable in every corner in my own house. If I have to pick, then I'll pick my bedroom. I spend most of my time in the bedroom, sleeping, surfing net, reading.

I have never thought of a favorite room in our house. I mostly stay in the living room to watch tv and in my bedroom just to sleep and read. Our house is not that big and elegant but I guess for me I just like the presence of my family in the house. That's my favorite. I guess the whole house becomes my favorite when we are all together.

Hmmm my favorite place in our house is my bedroom. I like it no matter how clean or disorderly it is. I like our living room too but I like my room more. I find my bedroom the most comfortable. Even if my bed is small for me, it is still okay. It has been my bed since I was a little boy until now that I am in college. My parents never planned on changing it and I didn't mind too. Whenever we go camping or sleep outside home, I always long for my bedroom. It is where privacy and comfort reside.

thats great you have held on to your bed that long oh my goodness i have had so many beds since i was little this will start a good discussion iam sure you are not the only one who have there same bed since they was a boy or girl. your favorite spot is your bedroom this spot is as good as any spot.thank you for sharing

actually i live in a studio type condo with hubby.. it's a small space with no partitions and all..but i can say that our small kitchen area is my favorite place here as i spend most of my time cooking meals everyday.. we have plans of transferring to a 1 bedroom unit but we still don't have spare money for that..

keep praying and the lord will bless you and your husband with a bigger place just ask god he will give it to you it,s just that simple.just like a child asking the father for something he tells us to just ask and you will recieve.all you have to do is believe god will do and it,s yours.at least you have a favorite place you can unwhine and relax a bit home is where the heart is.thank you for sharing i will be praying for you also.

Hi annjilena.. You are quite lucky that you have so nice a place where you can relax and be one with the nature. I live in a house provided by my employer and it is located in such a place that there is not much to enjoy outside and the air remains filled with smoke and dust coming from nearby industrial houses. So i take refuge in the room where the computer is. it is also the room where i pass time with my kids, help them to study, to learn their music and to accompany them while drawing pictures.
I dream of house which will remain surrounded with green and will have a pond with clean water and it would be the home many birds, butterflies, lizards and so many other beauties of the nature. i will relax by being one with the nature...

My favorite place is my bed room and kitchen...... coz, I sleep well in the bed room..... I am getting food and other snacks, coffee, ice tea, from kitchen..... finally, I eat in my bedroom......

I love the living room. Here, I can use my PC, rest, and a quick step to the fridge.

sounds like you have fun in your favorite place where you play games and eat and relax all in same place.you also meditate and analyze things that has happen in your day so you can reflex on all that have happen to you throughout the day.isn,t it wonderful to have a place you can do all these things

I would say my living room, because the furniture there is very comfy, there is tons of entertainment there and that's where we sit with our guests too.
