What's On Your DVR?

I am totally addicted to my DVR!!! I just got done watching Chuck (which was being recorded while we watched The Sarah Connor Chronicles), Smallville (I was working Thursday night), and still need to watch last week's episode of Fringe. In terms of movies, I still need to watch National Treasure 2. So, what do you use your DVR for? Movies? Series? Sports?
