Do you believe in white colour crime ?

Some one steals a million dollar from a charity organiztion and it is called white colour crime .He gets a year in a minimum security facility.A young man who has been orphaned from birth robs a man and injures him gets two years in a maximum secutity facility and he i scalled an hardened criminal. Why is this so ?

Crime is crime. Using the term white collar crime makes it seem tidy somehow. Like the person isn't so bad. Their a still a criminal.

Yeah, crime is crime. It doesn't matter if it's white collar. It still hurts people. And it could still land you in jail.
