Dogs should be caught and killed or left in the street or dog pound?

The company had a debate about this. The dogs should be caught and killed or just leave it in the street or maybe dog pound. which one do you think is righteous?
i may not be a dog lover but i dont think its right to kill a dog. after i read the book branding Filipino's as dog eaters, i already despise people eating dogs. i mean, dogs are the man's best friend right?
if you were on that debate, what will be your answer? what will be your choice?

If anyone could kill a dog or any kid of animal is in humane. They have no heart and zero feelings and I wonder what kind of person and of mind they are in. I would rather bring them to a shelter/pound then to be a murderer. I don't like shelters/pounds either, but what really gets me, is people getting pets knowing they are not going to take care of them properly. Why?

I agree! if you cant take care of your dog then why get one to begin with? Someone out there is willing and can take care of them and love them. I do have pekingnese at home and i make sure i spend time with him whenever i can. he even gets jealous when i spend a lot of time on my fish pond. he keeps barking until i come and get lets him out of the gate.

neither, it is absolutely disgusting, dogs should not be killed, like that and left int the street, I do not want to even think about it.
