What have you had for your evening meal?

last night for supper, we had rice and some pork ribs with barbecue sauce on them. we hadn't had ribs for a long time. it was very good. tonight for supper, we're having rice with some vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower mixture) and some steak. we'll probably just have some ice cream for dessert.

Hi. suzzy3. Yum, your evening meal sounds very delicious. I have never heard of kidney pie though. Today, for our Sunday dinner, we are having thick cut baked pork chops, garlic and butter rice and maybe some vegetables. If not, we will just eat it without vegetables. I am glad that you have enjoyed your evening meal. I do love, Shepherd's Pie too!
