Which is more comfortable to wear, T-back or normal undies?

Hello, I am a guy and i haven't tried wearing t-backs, i'm just curious to know if what's more comfortable to wear is it t-backs or normal undies? Since a lot of women wear t-backs. Isn't it uncomfortable when just a string holds everything at the back? lol
