when do you put your decorations up

I think it takes the fun out of it all when they are put up too early, it gets boring when they are up weeks before christmas. I will probably put mine up around the second week of december, I cannot wait because I have bought all new ones this year!

Normally we put ours up the weekend after Thanksgiving. But this year I found a Christmas tree at a rummage sale for $20.00 that I intended to use the pine from to make a wreath and to my surprise when I got it home it was a beautiful tree. So after getting it all together I didn't want to take it back down and that resulted in my decorations going up early. I haven't started on the outside yet but my tree is up and decorated already!
