When you wanna buy a phone,how long you make a decision of buying a new phone???second??days???weeks??or month??
Do you set a budget when you wanna buy a phone??And what is your budget??Over 1000 or less??

I want to buy a new cell phone now. The htc hd is on the market now, which is the dream cell phone i always want even before its appearance. But i can't afford it now because i am prepare my wedding ceremony and my mother has got tongue cancer. She is going to stay in hospital for treatment for a week. So the dream cell phone is far away from me.
