matched.co.uk shut down

does anyone know why they shut down. i got a mail to remove all their ads from my website. its really sad. they said they are paying all publishers for ads till 19th nov, 2008.

Funny that I signed up a few weeks ago and got a confirmation email they'd be in touch but never heard anything back... I guess another company gone bust due to the credit crunch
