Onstage or backstage -what do you prefer?

There are people who like to be in the limelight always. They take the front seat anywhere they go.They are strong enough to speak the first word and comment boldly on anything. They mingle wth anybody easily. They are energetic and move quickly. On the other hand, some choose the backseat always.Silently watching what is going on,they just want to remain passive, unless otherwise they are asked for.Lacking courage to say what they feel, hesitating to move with others, they are called reserved people. So,what kind are you and what do you think of the other?

I think everyone should evaluate themselves and search for their strengths, and really run with it. If we live passively, because we are scared of being 'on stage', I don't think that's a good thing. It's a shame, as all of us have great potential, and we shouldn't leave it dormant. We should do something big with our lives. On the other hand, we shouldn't strive for something just for the sake of being popular, or proving to people how good we are. We just do it because we love doing what we're doing, and we want to work hard to achieve that success. If you are good, then people will notice and acknowledge it, without us having to prove it to them.

I enjoy both. But I much prefer being onstage over being backstage. I feel that onstage is where I belong. It's where I feel good.

Well i am a bit shy and i dont have gots to be onstage so i would rather be on backstage. I think backstage people are also important for they are more observant and they can analize well on what going to happen.

Interesting question! ^_^ I think I'm the person that sits in the back all the time. I'm pretty shy and I don't like attention from a lot of people, so I prefer to silently pass unnoticed rather than being up front. I get horribly nervous when I'm in front of a lot of people and they're all looking at me. It seems so much easier to just "sit there" and enjoy yourself, rather than being the centre of an event. ... Which is why I'm so bad at speeches. I can't stand the fact that so much attention is directed at me and I don't have any courage then at all. It just isn't something I'm good at. xD Definitely backstage for me then. =P
