The best exercise

Right! Im on a mission. It's heading towards summer soon and i've decided that if the old bikini is going to get a dust off then i better hurry up and make sure it's worth putting on. What i would love to know, is what everyone thinks is the best way to shed those unwanted kilos and the best way to slim down and lift. Any advice from food to exercise to whatever works best.

almost winter here,,where you from thats almost summer? If you just watch what you eat and exercise daily, maybe a long walk every day.

Best is different for everyone. Try eating a balanced diet, starvation doesn't work because your body doens't burn calories when you starve it stores them. Wlaing for 20 minutes 1 or 2 day is a great low impact way to drop the pounds...get a dog and he'll keep you company on the walks.

I recommend a bit of yoga! ^^ It's wonderful, and you get so much stress relief, too. You become a healthier and calmer person. You can do it on your own (get a book from the library or something!) and you can implement some into a daily excercise routine (You can do some calm breathing and yoga stretches before and after your work out). Other than that I don't know much about working out, but I have to say that crunches work wonders on your tummy. I used to do 40 a day (and they're so easy!) and I had a nice and firm tummy.

Walking is said to be one of the best exercises for losing weight. Walking not only burns a good proportion of stored fat it can also burn a large amount of calories especially performed for longer durations and at a brisk pace. A good balance between the percentage of fat and the total calories burned should be the basis behind choosing any exercise for losing weight.

Well i dont know the best work out but heres a way to work that trouble some area, the lower stomach and lower back. Lay down so that there is a space inbetween your lower back and the floor. With your legs out straight and your hands near your crouch pull your shoulders up off the ground so that the space in between your lower back and the floor is gone. It sounds simple but its pretty hard. And hold it wen you come up. Do about 20 of those a day.

Spinning class seems to be the best way to lose weight. spinning class is where a group of people ride stationary bikes with an instructor.
