have anybody used the new video chat on gmail

normally for chatting i use either yahoo or skype. till now i was not using gmail or google talk for chatting because it did'nt support video. video chat is the latest feature.
Is anybody using it ? Is it worth switching from yahoo or skype to gmail? What is your opinion?
